Mel Manganelli, LMT, RN is a licensed massage therapist in the state of Missouri and a graduate of the Healing Arts Center. With a background in nursing, Mel brings a holistic, compassionate approach to bodywork that integrates both clinical knowledge and intuitive care.

Mel offers a variety of services including Swedish massage, deep tissue, hot stone therapy, Craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, sound healing and Energy Healing Techniques including Reiki. Each session is tailored to support your unique needs—whether you’re seeking deep relaxation, pain relief, or energetic balance.
